Quote · Negotiate · Pay

Your project, your terms.

Describe your project, propose a budget, and pick a payment plan that works for you — full payment, 50/50 split, milestone-based, or monthly installments. We respond within 1 business day and negotiate the scope until it fits.

5-day cancellation window

After signing your project contract, you have 5 calendar days to cancel for a 90% refund (we retain 10% as a processing fee for initial scoping and setup). After day 5, the contract is final.

How it works

Three steps from brief to payment.

01

Describe & propose

Fill out the quote form below. Describe what you need, propose your budget (or ask us to suggest one), and indicate your preferred payment plan.

02

Negotiate the scope

We respond within 1 business day with a proposed scope and price. If the numbers don't fit your budget, we adjust scope, swap deliverables, or stretch the timeline until they do.

03

Sign & pay your way

Once we agree, you sign and pay via Stripe. Pick full payment, 50/50, milestones, or monthly installments. Your 5-day cancellation window starts at contract signing.

Frequently asked

How does negotiation actually work?

You submit the quote form with your project details and a proposed budget (or leave it blank). Within 1 business day we email you a written proposal: scope, methods, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price. If the price is over your budget, reply and tell us where you need to land — we'll suggest scope adjustments (fewer deliverables, simpler methods, longer timeline, etc.) to fit. The proposal is fully negotiable until you sign.

Can I propose my own budget instead of waiting for your quote?

Yes — put your budget (or range) in the form. We'll respond with what we can realistically deliver for that amount, or counter-propose if your budget doesn't match the scope. You're never locked in until you sign the contract.

How do installment plans work mechanically?

After contract signing, Stripe sets up a payment schedule on your card or sends you an invoice each month. For a $6,000 project on a 3-month plan, you pay $2,000 at signing, $2,000 at month 2, $2,000 at month 3. Project deliverables proceed on the agreed timeline regardless of the payment schedule. If you miss a payment, we pause work until it's caught up.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. ACH bank transfer in the US. Bank transfer in select other regions. Apple Pay and Google Pay. For institutional clients, traditional invoicing with Net 30 terms; we provide W-9, W-8BEN, or local tax equivalents.

What happens if I cancel after signing?

You have 5 calendar days from contract signing to cancel for a 90% refund of any amount you've paid. We retain 10% as a processing fee covering initial scoping and setup. After day 5, the contract is final. This applies regardless of which payment plan you chose — installment customers who cancel within 5 days get 90% of the first payment back and the remaining payments are simply not collected.
